Thinking of installing a hot box this winter,any opinions,suggestions,precautions?

gauges, gauges, gauges

welcome aboard!! i'm still kinda new myself, but everyone is gonna tell you to get some gauges. start with a pre-turbo pyro and a turbo boost gauge. search for a post from Ted Jannetty about the proper order for bombing. as for a hot box, i don't have one so i can't offer any advice there.



other members will probably ask you to fill in your signature with what you have so they have a better idea of how to help...

welcome!!! got any aspirin? you'll need some ( just kiddin). take your time and do ALOT of reading and question asking before you decide. installing a hot box is easy,,it's all the other issue's to deal with after the install that makes ya crazy. transmission slippin, cant supply my hot box with enough fuel,,egt's are through the roof,,etc. etc. but don't let this dicourage ya cause i wouldn't want to go back to stock for nothing! ever been addicted to anything? boy are you in for a ride!
