Thanks Ron. Mike and I can't take all the credit; the entire moderator team has been stewing over the site organization -- and Rob Spading does all the programmatic changes.

We hope everyone enjoys the new layout. If you don't please give it some time to grow on you before getting all bent out of shape. If you have a gripe you absolutely need to vent please do so in the "TDR website/roundtable" forum.

Change can be tough but growth is required to keep this site healthy.
