Any computer people reading this? I've noticed on this forum, people post pictures that I don't see.

The post by CBlack, I see the post but no picture.

I am running a Toshiba laptop with Vista Home Premium, running Firefox.

Any suggestions?

Figured I'd wait for such then give more info.

As you can see it is a Nighthawk Custom. But the model is a Vickers Tactical. ~150 of them were made. I came across this one and couldn't pass it up.

It has the Diamond Black Ionized coating on it and less than 20 rounds through it. Haven't shot it yet but have dry fired it twice. The trigger is, simply put, amazing.
 
Toys are the order of the day. That's a beautiful 1911!



Got my LR308 Oracle recently. It's now topped with a Nikon Buckmaster 3-9x40. My new deer gun. Because I can!

Ran 50 rounds through it today.

All I've got to say is that it can be an expensive gun to shoot as fun as it was.

Had a girl come into the shop Monday and leave her truck to check it out. I think she ran it out of fuel, and had problems getting it primed, but the point here, is there were probably 20 empty . 45 shell casings in the floor. I noticed them right away, and from 8' identified them as . 45ACP. She smiled, then said, "Good guess. "

I replied, "That wasn't a guess. "

With a puzzled look, she asked,"How'd you know what they were from over there?"

Pulling my jacket back on my right, I revealed my . 45. She smiled, and said,"1911. "

I smiled, "How'd you recognize it from over there?"

She had gotten out, was still smiling, turned, pulled up the back of her shirt, revealing a very pretty pair of thong underwear. Oh, and a just as attractive Springfield Micro.....

"Heyyyyy," as I pointed, "a Springfield, AND a Cummins..... I got some friends that would like you!!"

"How'd the hell you know it was a Springfield??!" she said, surprised.

"I'm a pro. " I said, in my best bullS tone..... "Now, what's wrong with the truck... ... ... ... ... ..... "

Needless to say, when she came to pick it up, I was sure to have two friends over to introduce her to... . They didn't get too far, but she was nice. Guess you can only do so much... ... Too bad, she appears to be a keeper.....



She said she had a nice collection of Kimbers, too... ... May have to try to "arrange" some more meetings with some of my buds. I just want to see her guns. :-laf

Thought about it, but was just one silhoutte and I didn't take much care in a focused group. Went through 50 rounds in about 5 minutes. Had only 2 strays at 15 yards.

Hoping to get some range time in again on Monday. Will post pics then. :)
 
Is it Monday, yet?!?! :( I bet you're the only guy in the world that gets to go the range on Monday... ... :{ Well, besides me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D Hopefully get to run mine through a course Monday with some County Deputies, if the weather holds!!! :Oo
