2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission New Track Bar Bracket from solidsteel

I just purchased Darins bracket and have it installed. I have an 01.

The bracket does not fit tight against the frame. I have about 3/8" between the frame and the bracket. Has anyone else seen this?

There is no drilling

Put one on my bone stock 02 and is working fine so far

I put one on my 98 3500 and what a differance it made. As far as the installation I had to grind the **** out of the gusset welded to the frame to get it to fit tight I had about the same 3/8" gap until i ground down the welded bead.

I just spoke with Darin and he says the bracket isn't supposed to fit flat up the frame. Just doesn't make any since to me, I am going to put one on tomorrow so we will see just how it looks.
