Anyone have one of those new 70 gal aux tanks they are offering, as seen on the back of the TDR issue? I've heard good things about TF and their service, just curious if anyone has this setup yet and how they like it. How much are shops charging for installation of this? I know TF charges 100 but they are experienced.

trans flow

I have a 50 gal transflow and i love it, the company charged me about 234. 00 to install.

Since you are in Fl. , why not call RDS in Perry for a 90 gallon Alum. Diamond Plate Comb tool/tank with all the install hardware and plumbing for less than $800. I have put way over 100K miles on their systems without a moments trouble.

Barry, because for one I dont like diamond plate. I dont like how it looks. Secondly I like that the 70 gal transferflow system is flush with the top of the bed, not sticking up like a tool box. I would like to get the trax ufs where you have the little lcd readout in the cab of how many gallons are in each tank.

Anyone have trax-ufs? Kinda curious if you can wire in a 3-way switch (I know it's not needed)? I'd like to be able to turn the transfer pump on, off, or auto. I'd like to be able to turn it off and on because at times I may fill up top with 70 gals of biodiesel, and want to only blend 5-6 gals at a time... . i can flip the switch, watch the trax ufs, and get my perfect blend

The RDS combo is FLUSH with the top of the bed or I could not use it pulling 5ers in my biz. However, since you do not like diamond plate it would not make any differance if it were invisible. I guess thats why they make black and red and orange and... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .

Fuel is fed from the tank straight to the engine with a return line back to the tank. Flip a switch and go back to the standard tank. DOT certified. Just for fun, call them at 850 584 4897 or www.rdsaluminum.com and ask for their catolog.

If they won't sell to you direct, I have an account with them. They also have BLACK diamond plate and mill finish... ... ... .

Can someone post or email me some pics of the fuel lines and how they are installed? I was wondering if they use a pump or a solenoid to flow the fuel into the main tank. I am going to put a 40 Gal. tank in my bed an d transfer the fuel into the main tank.

That type of installation is simple and cheap. You can do all that hookup for less than $75. Call me sometime and I'll tell you how to do it. And in that case, the tank from RDS is only about $500. The complete plumbing kit is around $250
