Here is my new 06 Ram 4x4 diesel, I sold the 2004. 5 Ram dually because I was tired of hunting parking spaces to fit it and I don't tow as much anymore. The wheels on the truck are KMC "Backseat" in chrome 20x9, with 305/55/20 Nittos. Truck is factory height, no lift or cutting required for these 33" tires. They rub very slightly at full turns in reverse.

Bertram, I'm not sure on the backspacing, but they only make one size in this style. I wanted them to stick out, I prefer that look. My previous GMC was the same way.

SHyans, the truck is a "Lone Star Edition", those badges are from the factory. In other states it is called the "Big Horn Edition", but we Texans get our own package name haha. It even says "Ram 2500 4x4 Lone Star Edition" on top of the window sticker.

Not doing a level kit, the truck barely fits in my parking garage at work as it is. Only about 1" of clearance!

Oklahoma has 'em too

Don't get so snooty there, I've seen 'em brand spankin' new on the lots here in Tulsa too! :-laf

Why I don't know because I wouldn't buy anything that says Lone Star on it!!! :D :D :D

lol, its because each dealer tends to buy up overstock from other dealers. They had several "Big Horn" editions at this same dealership, but I made sure to get the Lone Star instead :)

There is a funny story on how we came to pick the Inferno Red. :)

I originally wanted the gray metallic, similar to my old GMC above. The last Ram was black, so I didn't want another high maintenance color. The wife and I also like bright red vehicles, so that was my 2nd choice. We test drove about 6 different trucks (2wd, 4wd, Hemi, Diesel, Laramie, SLT, etc. . ) and we liked the Khaki color interior better than the gray, it just looked 'warmer' and less plain. Seemed to match the woodgrain better too. So, that removed the gray paint color choice. We narrowed it down to a bright red 4x4 like this one, but I had the sales guy park it next to the inferno red truck so we could compare side by side. The metallic just looked amazing and much deeper than the bright red, so we took it home. I'm very happy with the color choice, even though it wasn't even one of my first choices haha.

Hahaha... same for me too. I went down to the dealer gung-ho on patriot blue... wouldn't take anything else. Also wanted a Quad Cab LWB with the G56. I wanted a loaner for a day to try it out and the only manual on the lot was a MC inferno red. Long story short... . took delivery on a MegaCab Inferno Red on Wednesday. Hahahaha :-laf

Absolutely *****in!

I was looking at those wheels in black when I got my "shoes. " At the time they didn't have a rased center cap that would let you run em on the rear. Every time I called... "We'll have em in about three months. " Took me two times hearin that, and I got something else. They look great! Nice choice.

Oh, you must be one of those guys that thinks 4x4s are supposed to remain muddy. lol

I live in Texas, listen to country music, and was raised a redneck. Mudding is normal down here, and it washes off just fine. Hell, some of the parking lots in the bars I go to have mud pits in them :)
