New Truck====> Big Problems!

Picked up my new truck last night and realized two major problems by the time I got home.....

#1 - There was NO stress once I made up my mind on the options and placed my order. I was prepared for the worst and was very, very pleasantly surprised.

#2 - I like this new truck TOO much!!! I was worried about loosing the driving feel of my '99 and going from 5 sp to auto. Not a problem... ... this is a very sweet ride!!!

I believe that it is a condition that you are born with. And that the urges can be repressed (by driving normally aspirated vehicles etc) but when your subconcious hears the Holset Whistle (which is only heard by dogs and CTD Bombers) those repressed urges take control.

FJfonda, I know just how you feel. Upon returning from my test drive with the salesman I blurted out " Something is really amiss, I can't find ANYTHING wrong with this truck. All I had to do then was pay for it. Now I have 2200 miles on it and STILL can't find anything wrong with it. My first trip I drove for 12 hrs each way and loved every minute of it.

Actually..... I just had finished up my treatments that were requires for my Bombitis infection I got from my '99! I had to take weekly IV's of Stanadyne Performance Formula for the last 2 years!
