New truck - new problem

New truck. 6,400 miles. At start up idles pretty rough. done it several times. On my way back from Louisiana I pulled in to grab a bite to eat and when I pulled up, put the truck in neutral, it idled real rough after running great for 300 miles. Started fine this morning. started fine all day..... until this afternoon. Started it up, idled rough. took off and it ran fine. Started it up to come home. Ran great.



When I mean idle rough. I mean shake the truck rough. does it with or without the quad box. box has only been turned on once since I put it in the truck.



Changed the fuel filter last week.



Any ideas. I havent even made my first payment yet :{

mine did that to me a while back. . threw codes though... dealing with voltage for fuel relays. . it was rather odd. shut him down, waited a couple seconds, fired back up no problems then never did it since. CEL went out about 4 starts later...
