If it were an NV5600, I'd wanna talk to you about it. I got the itch to trade my SB Laraime auto for an SLT 6spd Long bed... .

Thanks, the manual trannys do get a bit boring in traffic, i had a 2000 with a NV4500. traffic kills you thats why i didn't get a 6 spd, but i love that NV5600 never driven one but the specs on it are impressive better than the new g56 TRANS IN MY OPINION

I don't think a stick is boring in traffic. With 600 ft lbs you just put it in 6th and idle along.

Take a look at this site, and price your truck out for your area. I'm sure you know that you will take a hit when trying to sell a truck that is almost new. The initial depreciation is stiff.

You can also look at Kelly or NADA.



I'd try to sell it, on your own, before trading it to the dealer. You will usually do a lot better that way, as the dealer is going to either discount your trade, or jack up his bottom line on the new rig.
