yea up at 3am could not sleep do you know what the warranty is on the cp4 100k or 36
dunno that answer. also, piss off the finance guy by declining the extended warranty etc. no reason you should pay for 2 warranties at the same time. i waited until 35,000 and bought a genuine mopar extended max care fr around 1500. NOT THE 3 grand the finance guy was trying to sell me one at when i bought my truck new. enjoy your ride! cheers. :)

The other side of that coin is the Maximum Care Extended Warranty covers more things than the 36,000 mile warranty. I have no idea what those things are. I do know that I had a problem at 1500 miles and the Service Manager used my Extended Warranty saying the problem was not covered by the 36,000 mile warranty. I can't remember the exact problem and I'm too lazy to go through my files, so don't ask.

And, the Extended Warranty is rated for when you buy it. That is the sooner you buy it, the cheaper. When you wait until 35,000 miles you will pay more for the same policy than if you bought it at lower miles plus the rate increases every year which compounds the higher price at 35,000 miles.
Sounds like your Service Manager should be investigated for extended warranty fraud.

I had a similar situation years ago with my wife's Grand Cherokee, the camshaft sensor died and was not covered under the 3/36 warranty. I didn't have the extended warranty so I ate it. Point is that not everything is covered under 3/36.

This dealership is not pushy they learned their lesson years ago A person bought a vehicle had on going problems and they gave him the runaround to the point he walked in to the dealership asked to speak to the service manager and blew his head off 357 mag ATTENTION gitter
