Sure, I like 379, but I prefer #ad
I'll take a BLACK one, please. :D :D Oo. Oo.

I drive a T-800 at work, so it gets me close. :D

Either one is good, I just want a LARGE radiator and intercooler with lots of serface area ... and that HUGE chrome bumper.

I think the bumper is what's messing the whole front end up. Now if you slapped a road armor bumper on there it would be mean looking (painted to match ofcourse). Other than that I can't think of a way to break that front end up to much.

All I can say for the Front End redo is thank the Government! For 2006, all the manufactueres who build large Suvs and Trucks now have to deal with a vehicle compatabilty issue. NHTSA is mandating that there be structure and lowered bumper height so small cars won't run up underneath during an impact... . Really is putting the screws on us and some of our vehicle designs! Pretty much nowadays, vehicle styling is going to take a pretty good hit. We are going to end up making bubbles on wheels so everybody is nice and safe... Enjoy the days of lifted trucks, because I'm afraid the Feds will start really enforcing the ground clearance rules for highway use!

The grille looks too small on the morphed picture...

I think that auto manufactures should take some old tooling and remake some older cars. How about a late 70's Dodge crew cab with A/C, cruise, nice radio, and the new car stuff we enjoy but the rough and tough old truck that lasts forever. My vote goes with a 12v, nv5600, and dana axles :)

Or for your race car guys, how about a brand new ORIGINAL dodge charger daytona with a REAL, REAL hemi... No not the new fake 4 door semi hemi charger... . :-D

FATCAT, I couldn't agree with you more... these trucks could use more front grille areas along with bigger intercoolers and bigger radiators and other fluid coolers; AND DEFINITELY A GREAT BIG FRONT BUMPER... JUST LIKE THE PICTURES OF ONE OF THOSE BIG RIGS... at least some of us could. I have come out from an hour of shopping to find that someone has backed into my truck and bent the front bumper halfway under the front of my grill; apparently without much damage to themselves because they are never there when I come out. I'll take a large front shiny bumper any day.

My theory is if I'm in a wreck, I would rather go over the wrech than under it!

I did just that when a little old lady in a Neon pulled out in front of my 95 CTD and I drove over her front end and mashed it to the ground. Though I slid sideways and broke off a 12" pole with the end of my front axle, no one got hurt. If I had been in a low truck or a car, I would have spun her around and both of us probably would have got hurt.

When truck number 2 comes along, i hate to say it but im fishing for 2000 model or older, not that i don't like the new look its okay. I do not like the quiet sound of the new engine, im sorry, a diesel's trademark is loud and obnoxious, and if i can find a 1st Gen. for sale thats where im going. If i wanted my diesel to sound like a gasser i would have bought a gasser. Sorry but thats how i feel way down in my heart about my diesel. Oo.

I would like to have a big square fiberglass front end like an old Pete. Someone should make aftermarket ones - I bet they would sell good.
