Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) new turbo

I just put formula 1 1. 6's in and now need to do the turbo. I think I'm going with a HX35/40 from Gillett Diesel here in Salt Lake. I talked to them and say the turbo they build uses garret bearings for better oiling,A better wastegate acuater and built out of new parts. I pull a 8000# trailer and live at 4500' and am wondering if I should go with a 12 or 14cn2 turbine housing? Any thoughts?
