Could be the fuel filter, or water in the fuel, drain a little diesel into a glass jar and check for water.
Can you here the lift pump come on when you turn the key on?
Someone to help with this will make it easier.
or
A quick way to see if you have fuel pressure, take the cap off the schrader valve on the vp-44, (drivers side of engine towards the front) push in the valve like on a tire, with the key in the run position, it might take two people as the lift pump will cycle pretty quickly in some cases.
and welcome aboard, you won't find any place for better or quicker answers to your questions,
and definately update your sig, that way you won't have to state everytime what year etc your truck is.
As far as codes go, when my lift pump died it generated a P0230, still don't know if this was due to lift pump or a wiring problem, the code that is.
lol
