New VB no go

Just got done installing a New ATS VB followed instructions and added almost 11 qts atf and tried to get her to move no forward or back. Is there a trick to all of this i know it shouldn't be this hard running out of options am going to pull the plug and put a guage in the port should be 65 to 72 at idle is it air locked what else can i try need some info.

well here it is i checked line pressure it is a strong 78 psi i don't know where else to look and help guys

did you hook up the manual valve?

yes i hooked it up but i some how was way out of adjustment it is running like a champ now new transmission temp guage wont get even to 140 the lowest spot on the guage it is like 40 outside just might be the outside air temp being to cold and also the most i get for boost on a stock H1C is about 13 at WOT it is tired so it needs to go soon maybe an HX35 or 40 whatever i find i guess
