Did you bleed the fuel lines?
If not, crack open injectors 1, 3, and 4.
Bump the starter and let the FASS cycle about 3 times.
Start cranking like hell until you get fuel out of one of the cylinders above. As fuel starts comming out, stop cranking and tighten up that injector fuel line.
Start cranking again, when you get fuel out the next fuel line, tighten it up.
Repeat for the 3rd line. Once you get fuel out of these three lines, it should start.
