</TD></TR><TR><TD class=Answer vAlign=top>"How would you like to purchase one of the most respected 5th wheels knowing you got the best possible price, and without having to worry about whether someone might be trying to take advantage of your lack of knowledge and information? NuWa is changing the way we and our dealers do business, because customers tell us they don't enjoy the typical process of buying an RV, when it should be one of the happiest moments of their life.

At NuWa we're determined to lead the industry back toward an environment where transparency of product and pricing information allows customers to know what is a good deal, to know what to expect and to know they will receive responsive service, value and respect throughout the purchase and ownership process. NuWa's new marketing model is designed to do these things, as well as create trust, and we think prospective customers will appreciate and recognize that the NuWa purchase and service process is as exceptional as present customers say it is.

We think you'd like to buy your next 5th wheel based on the outlet's location, its personality in dealing with customers, and its reputation for service. You'd rather not have to stressfully run all over the world looking for someone who knows the product and will give you a good deal. Are we right? If so, you're going to like that NuWa is working closely with its dealer factory outlets and will set rock bottom cash prices, that will be honored at all factory outlets across the nation, including at the NuWa factory.

2010 model introductory cash prices will be 25% below our 2009 MSRP, and are so low they will not be negotiable. These low prices motivate dealers and the factory to compete based on service, not on price, which allows customers to focus on the important aspects of their purchase rather than spend stressful hours and days haggling over price. NuWa staff will spend 100% of their efforts satisfying the reasonable expectations of the 500 annual customers projected for our "new" downsized business model. With 40 years of experience meeting the expectations of "full timers", this is not some new experiment on NuWa's part, but is instead a move to the next level of providing superior service of all aspects of RV ownership. By taking more control of the product information presentation and pricing, we feel customers will be better served, whether they choose to buy from a dealer factory outlet, or the NuWa factory outlet.

Where Do I Get Product Information?

There are several sources for product information, and the important thing is that NuWa wants these sources to be accurate and reliable. NuWa's website is a great first stop for information about product. It includes model specific videos and photos, a FAQ section, a What's New Section, and a detailed product specification section. Archives provide existing customers a source of previous model year information. Brochures are available, although more focus will be toward online information in the future, simply because so many customers utilize computer access to the internet. (Brochures can be viewed online, or downloaded to your computer for printing)

You can email your questions to our knowledgeable and courteous sales staff, or you can phone to ask questions (1-800-835-0676) or obtain guidance. Many customers soon know NuWa staff on a first name basis. The NuWa Owners Forum (http://www.nuwaowners.org) has become a powerful research tool for prospective HitchHiker owners. The NuWa Owners Forum website is not controlled by NuWa, although we monitor it to answer questions when appropriate, and to share information with customers. 2,500+ HitchHiker and prospective HitchHiker forum members willingly offer their knowledge, experience and opinion to anyone who has a question or a comment. Interaction with this group of "seasoned" RV owners is both an entertaining experience and a rewarding experience. Don't be shy, they welcome new members to make comments, ask questions or who just want to read the wealth of information.

Daily factory tours are a popular way for customers purchasing from a dealer to learn about the product and see specific models or features, which might not be available for inspection at a dealer factory outlet. 12 units are usually on display inside the plant for your inspection. Located right outside the customer lounge, we invite customers to spend as much time as desired viewing these units. And if you are planning to purchase from the factory, the sales staff will give you all the time and attention you need to make your decisions. And of course any of our dealer factory outlets have sales personnel who are trained to assist your needs. Most of these people have been selling HitchHikers for many years, and are qualified to offer you information needed for your purchase decision. NuWa provides training and makes product information available to all dealers.

Explanation of Pricing:

The RV industry is unfortunately notorious for providing confusing Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price, when one is provided at all. This practice is designed to benefit the dealer, when negotiating or offering allowance for a trade. There is no established industry standard and thus the myriad of different markups has earned the industry its "buyer beware" reputation. Customer and salesman often become immediate adversaries in this relationship. NuWa believes most customers will respond positively, when they trust that the deal in front of them is fair and the best price available. Thus we establish a very low cash price, that all factory outlets are asked to offer to all customers. By reducing the amount of time spent negotiating and instead spending more time "guiding" purchase decisions, we feel the dealer can make his needed profit by selling more trailers at less overhead expense, and because satisfied customers will influence other customers. It's pretty basic thinking but a rare experience in this industry. There are several detailed articles in the FAQ section with further explanation of our pricing concept, but these two articles in particular will be of interest:

Trade-In of your Unit:

Three industry myths:

1. Dealers can sell below their cost of doing business and still survive to meet my service needs.
2. Dealers should give me more for my trade than it is worth.
3. Dealers should be able to give me a 30% discount from MSRP, and still be able to stay in business.

None of these are accurate, but yet customers out of fear and lack of knowledge approach the negotiation process with these goals in mind. And because they do, the industry has learned to give the tools to the dealer to let you have what you want. RV buyers too often focus on the wrong thing, when "trading in" their trailer on a new one. That is why they get drawn into the "high MSRP atmosphere, which allows dealers to artificially inflate the value of the trade, yet still make a premium margin on the new unit sale. And this artificially high MSRP causes finance companies to unknowingly finance too much of the new unit, which is why so many customers are now "upside down" on their trade.

NuWa wants to better educate customers and use a method at the factory sales outlets, which will help the customer understand and control the trade issue and be a party in seeking a realistic and fair value for the trade. Study FAQ article about "how can getting less for my trade really be more" and other FAQ's that help to "de-mystify" the trade process.

Explanation of the warranty and service policy:

Providing exceptional Customer Service and Warranty support has always been, and will remain, a high priority for NuWa. Talk with folks in your campground, and consider visiting the independent NuWa Owners forum, which will provide a strong sense of the satisfaction which exists among HitchHiker owners.

Answers to several common service and warranty questions are posted in our FAQ section. Just do a search by entering the word "service" in the search box at the top of the FAQ page. Be sure to also search using the word "warranty" for some additional articles that may interest you. "
