Hey everyone just wanted to share my new wheels and tires.



Wheels are Wheels are



Weld Forged 19. 5 x 6. 5" Outer Chrome Plated Alum.

Rickson steel 19. 5 x 6. 5" Inner. Black Powder Coat



Balances are Centramatics



Front Tires are XZE2 265/70/19. 5

Rear Tires are XDE2 265/70/19. 5



I have been VERY happy with my tires choice they are very quiet in this configuration and they ride great much better than my stock tires.

That is one slick truck! I had the same idea to use the Mega dually fenders on the long bed... really retro! How hard was it to glass over the filler neck notch?

My guess is for 5th wheel clearance, but am curious to his answer. I need the same thing done to my bed as well for my 5ver. It looks good.

Hey Guys I frequently take my 38' 5ver to the desert and most of it is not flat. Also I haul haul many goose neck trailers in very interesting places so I figured that I would cut the bed before I hit it. It was very gut wrenching to cut into a 50K truck with 1K miles on it but I am very happy with the results and I think the wheels and tires really helped to finish it off.

Hey thanks for the post and the pictures, I like that you got all the angles so we can see the fit. This is quite timely as I'm going insane trying to decide on 18" or 20" wheels. looking at your photo, the 20s would look good, the tire choice is BFG 285/65/20 so it would be quite similar. the issue is finding correct backspace. Eagle alloy 20x8. 5 style 178 has 5. 47 bs so that's an option.



wondering about your Thuren suspension, how much is that said to lift/level?



and you find the ride to be pretty good on 70 aspect ratio tires?
