Cerakote or Duracoat ???

Best baked on oily dirt remover?

Penny,

One of them our dog's would go nuts for, one has those sealed for life packs and plastic wrapped spoon but the other one... ... ... ... .

Penny, BIG, Et All,

The BBQ starts an arguement no matter where you are no matter who's cooking. Lived in Ohio, OK, TN and now SC and every state, county and region lays claim to the BBQ title etc etc. It don't mean its bad, just different. But its all good just starts a big discussion. Usually decided after you wipe your face off from the good stuff.

My favorite BBQ ribs is slow cooked in smoke and sauce is an after thought if at all.

Hey BIG,

What ya think about the "antique" wagon jack pic?

MRE's, this past Memorial Day I actually rounded up a few and brought them to work for lunch to share with some guys. It was I hope humbling for us to pour in a few ounces of water into the heater and actually have the MRE's for lunch.

MRE's are a far cry better than what we had in my Military Experience as anyone that has ate caned food that was made before most of us were a twinkle in their Daddy's eye. Penny has always had it pretty easy in the outdoors with concerns about food. I found out that to live on MRE's for an extended time is out of the question. I don't think that I could live like we do now and eat the Supermarket type foods, there is just not enough of the fat's and proteins in the processed foods that we need to keep running around. The upside is I can eat as much and what ever I want, The downside is someday that's going to come to an end and I will gain weight.
