Off Roading New Yamaha Rhino

Well I did it, I spent my money again! )



I bought a 2004 Yamaha Rhino 660 (used) and now I have to sell my Polaris Sportsman 500. Got a good deal, Paid 5600 with a plow attachment.



Anyone know how much it would cost to ship this [my quad] by UPS or truck freight? Or how to go about setting it up whether you have to mount it on a Pallet or whatever?...



The one I bought offered free shipping so I don't have a clue to the cost of it.



I am thinking of selling on consignment with a local shop here... .

I think you're SOL with UPS, motor freight is probably the way to go. I'd call Yellow or one of the big carriers and check it out, probably won't be cheap.

Get the Black Rhino CDI and the primary sheave from the Grizzly. That will wake it up.

I have heard of the cdi, but what is a primary sleeve?



(I have a 2004 grizz)



Does the cdi box just allow for more rpm's? What brand of cdi box is the best?



What else can be done to it? (besides internal work)

Well the deal was a joke on Ebay..... Luckily I was able to cancel the Paypal before it was claimed. So the Sportsman is not for sale right now... .



I Am still looking for a good deal on a Rhino and I have a wish list for it when I do get it.

If the Rhino runs anything like my Grizzly you will be happy.

Well got to thinking on things and a local dealer here has 0/0/0 Offer for 6 months so I am dangling my sportsman on the KSL Classifieds to see if anyone is interrested. This is also on the TDR Classifieds under RV's... ... If I am able to sell it I will go get one locally... new... . and know what I am getting then.

Well I sold the Sportsman so Now I will go look at the rhinos.



Time to get BOMB-ing on this now!!



Take a look at this Rhino I saw on a place near here. This Rhino has what looks to be BF Goodrich tires on it!!!



What size would these be? I didn't know BF Made these so small!!
