i am a reformed dodge user i had a 97 dodge 3500 12 valver and a few mods but upgraded (lol) to a 02 crew cab f350 powerchoke
after nine months of frequent dealership attention i finally got smart and traded it in on my newest ride it is a 99 quad cab 3500 5 speed it lacks the power my 12 valve had but is better than my ford. i tow a 13000# tagalong enclosed trailer and i need more power but my wallet still feeling effects of getting out from under the ford. first question ive been studing your post and dont like some of the post on fueling boxes and failing pumps soon after. i couldnt afford to buy a box and then have to come up with money for a pump same week so i am leaning towards injectors somewhere in the 50-100 hp range any suggestions and (cheap) prices. yea i know aint nothing cheap on a diesel. but always looking for the deal. i already have a bhaf k&n off my 12 valve
and for now am going to put a st through muffler on stock pipes but what should be next upgrade. will i need a boost fooler and elbow for injectors or is it just for fuelboxes?
