Hi,

I am a new member of the TDR and just wanted to say hey to everyone! I've enjoyed reading the messages posted here for a little while, but decided to jump right in and subscribe so I could post here and receive the TDR magazine. I've got a 93 W350 Club Cab 4x4, 5 speed (as my signature should say... if I did it right), that's pretty much stock... ... . so far. I've only had the truck for a year, but have lerned quite a bit about it and and hope to learn even more from the people here. Here's a picture of it too.

Nice truck........

I had the exact same thing years ago, was the best truck I ever had. Hope my 85 is as good. Welcome to the TDR, I'm sure you will, like the rest of us bums, waste every spare second you have here... ... :D

Welcome aboard 4020 Deere. It's nice to see another John Deere and Dodge/Cummins enthusiast here. I love both. You'll love this website, it's very addicting. There are many great people and a lot of things you can learn on here. Hope to talk to you another time.

NEW ALSO

I AM STILL LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT TRUCK. ALSO WAITING FOR MY 98 GASSER TO SELL, SO I DONT HAVE ANYTHING FOR THE SIG. WORK FOR THE BORDER PATROL AND PUT A LOT OF MILES ON GOING TO WORK. NICE TRUCK . LOOKING FOR THE SAME THING BUT HAVING A DIFF TIME FINDING A FIVE SPEED.

\\\ WARNING/// \\\ WARNING/// \\\WARNING/// \\\WARNING///

This place is very very adictive and very expensive, or at least all the parts are that you will buy for your truck after being here a while.

It all starts with the K&N air filter.

Welcome

Big D

FYI------ All Caps stands for yelling!

I know how excited you are to be a CTD owner but wait until you start B. O. M. B. ing first ;)

4020, Welcome as a new member . . Even if you have a Old Under Valved truck! ;);):p :p :D

Here's my Properly Valved Generic Ram!

Cant figure out the chat thing. kids got it down so well I cant get on to the register. I am looking into the cost of bombing whatever truck I get. found a 92 with 145k, 5spd, elec + dodge upgraded fender wells as well as upgraded door hinges,w-250. Want to convert to nv-4500 if and when the rag gives out. Found a place on the net that has the 4500 for 2150. 00 as a conversion for the 1st gen conversion. Yours looks verry clean and streight. I suppose that the only fight I have is convincing my wife im not replacing her.

Hi there, welcome .

you just need to remember one thing.

The answer to all questions from the wife,,,,

yes dear, i really do need that part. If I don't get it now someone else will and I will miss out on a good deal.

and one more thing, don't listen to anyone that tries to tell you that you need more than 12 valves. they're just jealous.

Add to that quote:BUT "Honey" The main reason I want DD3's is for the better mileage and the money it will save us Not to mention how much safer it will be to pass with the side effect of better acceleration.  ;) :D

hdm48, "Jealous" That is EXACTLY what I would say if I was stuck with only 12 ... ... . Just keep telling yourself "it's not how much you have it's how you use them";)

Welcome!

Hey 4020!

Welcome to the BB and the Best Darn Group of First Generation Lovin' CTD folks in existence. THESE GUYS ROCK!

I refuse to debate a truck's merit on number of valves alone. The truth is Dodge or anyone else doesn't overbuild trucks anymore like our First Gen's! When is the last time you saw huge frame rails, a Real Dana 60 w/ manual hubs & a NP205 on anything (4X4) being manufactured today???

"You don't need NO stinkin' Track Bar!"

Not a cupholder in sight! I love these old trucks...

Awesome ride Brother! :D

I gotta say it......

I love that old Dodge body style, and I have no use for coil springs in the front, or a computer telling my engine what to do (that's what my right foot is for:D )but I would really like to have that boxed frame like on a second gen.
