Ran into a fellow TDR member during our recent vacation on the Oregon Coast... Jim Weirs runs the Photostop in Newport. I had gone in to see about getting a new battery for my cell phone ( My wife was reminding me of the day when I wouldn't think about even having a portable radio on a camping trip, now if I can't get satellite reception or cell phone coverage I'm outa there:{ Technology has ruined me!
) as there was no one in Newport who had one, Jim was out also but took a new cell phone a customer was looking at and pulled the battery out for me. I couldn't believe it:--) Customer service like this just does not exist anymore.
We spent a good 15 minutes talking trucks and about the TDR.
