mysteryman , I know this is an older post , I have a old Saginaw 708 from 1972 I'd like to get rebuilt. and I'm wondering if you would be interested in doing the rebuild ? Thanks

Mystery, I have a 73 titan monochrome built on a Dodge RM400 chassis. It has a saginaw 708 steering box, and is like herding cats to drive. I put a dial indicator on the Pittman arm at the sector shaft and turning the steering shaft by hand measured a deflection in the sector shaft of 0.020". I would be most grateful if you'd take this rebuild on.
I know you put your number in the last post. However it seemed presumptuous to call you without permission.
