"+" Next to active user name?

How come in the active user list some people have a "+" next to their name?

You jumped the gun on me - just figured it out. Tony T. asked me why my name had a "+" next to it and I had no idea. In fact, I never noticed it before on anyone (I almost never look at the currently active user list).



Of the 5 people on my buddy list, at least 3 are no longer members, so that explains why it would be very rare for me to see anyone in the list with a "+".



I've been here for almost 5 years now, you'd think that would have come up before tonight!
