Competition NHRDA's Big Rig Race guest Jun 25th/26th

Competition I need a bellhousing

ok so i only did a 15. 01 with 30lb of boost. But I had fun. Getten better on the lights.

Best was a . 084. Not to bad considering last year I was happy with a . 800

Nexts Race is on the 3rd at Pacific race way in Kent WA. I did get lots of testing in befor the Drags last Friday. I got to run 6 passes befor the eliminations. Never could do better than 92mph but it was a 15. 01. Its tuff to lauch at 8psi with a 5speed without rolling/ pushing through the lights. If I ran a lot of Nos/water/meth. I bet I could be up there with some of the auto 4X4 trucks that were running that night.

Well, we get to try it all over again. Friday, June 3rd, is just around the corner. Oo. Maybe my new water pump will slow that water up during the peaks :-laf

Yeah, try to keep Ernie from throwing up on the track, okay? :-laf Although I think all the water evaporated before it hit the pavement (heck of a way to cool that turbo... ).

I'm hoping the weather holds for this weekend, as I'll get to run the Pavement Princess for the first time with her new motor! Oo. She feels like a total beast on the street, and I haven't gone more than 1/2 throttle yet. Suh-weeeeet!

Now to get my hands on some of those Dragonfly injectors and retire my nasty old 370's...

Your set up will definitely work well w/ those dragonflies (most venomous injector on the market) chs,ch,ch,ch,chzs,ct,ct,ct,chezs, yo bro wuz sup ?

I made my own spackle (cement/water) to plug that freeze plug hole up.

The local truck stop didn't have any plugs in stock so, just chickend wired the block and mixed up a batch of my spackle. It sounds crude however, it will work for the interim.

Ernie and the Princess making a side by side pass? Now that would be cool!

Two years ago, I raced RR'S PP up at mission. While in the staging lanes, we noticed that there might be a possibility we would be racing each other. Since, it was just a test-tune and our Northern friends LOVE BURN-OUTS, we decided to try and smoke out the track. So, we did just that and it took a few minutes for all the smoke to clear then. When we finally staged, the light turned green, both of us experienced massive traction loss and RR proceeds to kick Ernie's ***. My ego was bruised…… :(

Here it is Ron...

Enough about you... How did Ernie feel? :D

I took the Princess to the track the last two days, rained out both times! :{

I've got a few days driving on the street and she feels like a female Russian Olympic swimmer. Now I just need to put her through it properly. :D

Got challenged on I5 in the rain, and even rolling into it at 70mph she walked right out. I hit 4WD, rolled into her again, and as soon as the boost came up it felt like I was driving a Polara full of obese clowns with 400,000 miles on it. Once she got traction, however, we were a 12' fiberglass ski boat with a 454... Oo.

(I'm taking a metaphor class, can you tell?)

Oh, and Ron, shame on you! :p

(Let's not talk about my red-lighting against the young Will Fletcher, driving their stock green truck, in the first round last fall... )

It just sounds like you've been hanging out with Bill to much! :-laf

Congrats on getting the princess out for a drive. Too bad about not being able to race yet. It has been a wet spring... Champion raceway (Medford), was rained out friday night, but I won Sportsman on Saturday. That puts me first in the 2005 points at Medford! Oo.

Less then two weeks until the next NHRDA race! Oo. Oo.

Don't be too hard on yourself... Lance is tough to beat, no matter what.

Did you get that 10 plate in your 44 yet? I think it sits under that plastic box

(on top, in front) I'm going to drill through it when I get home. . I'll see if there's a special hatch or something?????

I just pulled mine off and ground it flat like a 0 plate.

Works good. Nexts week I will push it full forwards and then we well se how fast it really can go.

And Yes Lance is a darn good racer/Buddy.

I don't mind loosen to the 2004? champion.

Heck Im just happy to be there at all.

Dude, you RULE!! I've decided to go into the Pro bracket after all, having already run 2 S/M races and missed one... Wish me luck; I'm gonna have to be extra sharp and the Princess extra reliable to pull this off! :D

Hey, run them both! Run sportsman (S/M has a whole different meaning... :D), with your mom's truck, and Pro with the Princess.

Good luck with the Princess. I'm sure she will do fine. Just remember you have to beat them at both ends of the track...

Are you going to make the NHRDA race on the 3rd? The Pro1 class is pretty much open for the taking.  :-laf
