Wooooo.

Maybe I should see how well the slippy clutch holds and row it on down the 1/4 mile. :D Hey Ron... Wanna race? :D

YEP !!! With your craper clutch and my underpowered pig it should be a good race. .

Hay I thought that you were putten in a D/D clutch of some sort?

Don't forget you need to take the pully spindal weight out of your truck for the drags.

Remember light is GOOD

You going to have a PS66 by then?

Don't think I will have anything extra ready by then... Just my same old stuff. Slippy clutch and all.

I have never had my truck at a track so this should be interesting. I have only been down the 1/4 3 times. Twice driving, and once riding... All in the rocket. It's gonna be a SLOW ride. LMAO.

If your clutch holds and you don't miss a gear you should be in the 14-15. 5 range.

Any news on the other trucks?

Who all is going?

Everyone is going... Don't you know? :D

So if I shoot for 20 I should drive away happy?? :D

Sorry I don't ride the W. S. B. So im out of the loop. Im picking Shana up at work at 2:30 and going the back way in. . whats that highway 202? through Monrow to fall city then I-90 to hwy 18. I heard I-5 will be a pain tomarrow after noon. Something about a few games in town or something like that.

Well -

R/T . 084

60' 2. 180

330' 6. 330

1/8 9. 756

mph 73. 56

1000 12. 602

1/4 15. 018

Mph 91. 92

I ran the Dragon Flows. Stock HX-35/12 Boost set at a max of 30psi. Temps in 4th at 91. 97 mph were 1100. Best time of a 15. 086 at 91. 96 mph (3600 rpm 4th gear out of 5)

Im peged out on RPM and if I shift into 5th I loose about . 90 and 4mph

So I need to get back to 4k or smaller/Bigger tires.

Had a blast but red lighed in the first round against TLRMAN by . 220

I Talked Shana (My wife) into driving she did really well for her first time on the strip. She did everything right but was a little slow off the line (Don't tell her, But she is way faster than I was for the first 10 runs i ever did in the Green truck)

She ran a 16. 559 at 91. 29mph.

Nexts time I will turn the boost up to about 45 or so and see what happens.

Maby Brake into the high 14's.

Thanks everyone.

Also Congrats to Lenny with DDP for winning his Class. Not shure but I think he ran in the low 11's

Glad to see he brought it down...

And congrats to the FORD BIODIESEL Truck for winning his class (sorry forgot your name)...

Great night of racing!

I feel your pain, Hoss... :( The Princess is ever-so-close, but not yet quite there, so I went as a spectator. I should be running up some street miles on her this week, looking toward two points races next weekend. How close is the Rocket to completion?

Ernie bowed out early, so the quickest truck ended up being Lenny's, at 11. 98. Congrats to him on the good new times, and not breaking (NOS took 1/2 second off his ET, scary! ). Looks like I'll finally have some competition... :D

There was a great turnout for this race, with an "F" brand indeed winning the Pro2 category, indeed running on biodiesel. Nice fellow. I gave some lessons to an "F" dually fella, but I'm not sure I helped him much, lol!

Fellow DTT guy and very good racer PaulB was runner up in that category.

Rob and Jan Hanson's daughter Bridget was the trophy girl, and they don't get any prettier than her. :) It was great to see ya'll again (I'm glad you're feeling better, Rob).

Too bad the PDR crew couldn't be there, but it's just too far for them on a Friday after work. We'll be seeing them at the Mission race in June, though. I've seen the dyno sheet on Piers's new ride, so look forward to what he'll show us on the track...

That was an eye opener running my silver truck “Aretha Franklin “ was a handful. As a tow truck, those six gears are great however, drag racing, I have a new appreciation for the our fellow racers w/ those manuals. “Ernie” lost the rear freeze plug. The condensations got into his wiring causing the auto alarm system to activate while trailoring it back home. As I drove through Seattle, the lights were flashing and the horn was honking, other drivers were clearing out of my way. We stopped by “Dicks” and ingested a couple of those famous cheese burgers (a NW thing) Once again, it was a great time.

Once again this was a fun race. I was surprised on the number of trucks that were there. Sure makes you get your moneys worth when you go to the final round! It's also a pretty awesome sight seeing "Ernie" running you down from behind. With the single stack and the smoke, it looks like a white freight train coming after you! Very cool. I wish I would have had a camera...

Technically speaking, you're the first street truck to kick Ernie's butt.

After that run, people at the track started to calling me Maddog :-laf :-laf

I'll trim down the pump and throw in a new plug….

Hope to see ya at the next race "Mr. Points leader"

I did keep 5 runs all with in . 100 of each other. So if I don't red light Im running you down Nexts time Lance. . I was going to turn up the boost and run in the low 14's but Its so constant right now for a 5 speed im not messing with it.

I red lighted big time so I said heck with it I payed, Im running it all the way down to the end HARD. .
