that way he could still use the H2O for EGT control while towing, without adding back in more heat with the N2O.

no real reason to use the progressive controller at all, other than to fine tune it without adjusting the hobbs switches.

the h20 won't atomize without 900+psi of n20 spraying into it. i've tried shooting 100psi of h20 through a fogger nozzle and it just dribbles out. but when you add n20 it atomizes great. h20 may not need to be atomized? i'm not sure if droplets of it would hurt anything or not.

Watch those head gaskets!!!!

Man this is great! Why not try some Nitro-glysoerne, Hydrogen, or Napalm should help??? Just remmember Hebers saying" WATCH THOSE HEAD GASKETS"Oo. Oo.

Heber,

It doesn't take too long to change a head gasket. It is the oily mess throughout the water system that I don't like. :D

As for the progressive controller, the last time this was brought up, Chris T. (DieselB5. 9) or somebody said that with a 100+ jet, you would snap the turbo shaft in two because the turbo would/could not keep up with the instant surge that the nitrous would give the motor. Geez, that was along sentence. Anyway, I got everything fairly cheap off Ebay.

The water will be injected with 220psi, maybe more if I run a smaller line and jet. The pump is the one Gonzo mentioned in an earlier water injection thread. It will be run off of the Hobbs swith that I got from NOS. I am going to run the nitrous off of a toggle so that I can inject when I need it and so that it is not dependent on boost.

i have run at least 15 bottles through my truck and my turbo is doing just fine. if i remember right chris was turning on the n20 way to early and putting the flame out.

heber

them headgaskets will get you everytime.

You gonna run again sometime? Are you off this Sunday? I'm gonna try and go see John. . and maybe run once or twice. Mainly just wanna get with John and discuss some future work. I am holding off on changing injectors until I can run my truck as is to see how the turbo does... and I want to get on the dyno and see. Then change injectors.
