For my use the LT305/55R20 at 33" (a 10 ply) in the Terra Grappler or Open Country would be nice for the next set. My current Open Country's are only 6 ply rated to 2800 lbs but are doing well.

I just gotta find a 20x9 wheel with 6. 5" back spacing.

The T-Rex/Weld 18x8. 5 with 6. 25" back space is a real sweet wheel but the only 33" A/T tire I have found for that is the 285/65R18 BFG and I really don't want BFG's though I have heard they are better today than they have been in the past.

The Nitto and Toyo 325/60/18 is actually a 33" tire, and the 325/65/18 is a 35" tire.

Anyone know if the specs for the NItto Terra Grappler LT295/70 R17 are correct?

3195 pounds @ 35 PSI? or is it suppose to be 2195 @35 or 3195 @65 psi... ?

I got all excited when I saw this new tire size on their website, but immediately called Nitto USA to find out if the PSI was a typo. They didn't have any specifics on the new size and said they won't know anything until it is available, which they anticipate this fall. I was confused how they could not know the specs on a tire when it is on their website, or if a correction needed to be made. Maybe if more of us call them, someone might get a logical explanation that they could share with us. Their number is on the Nitto website.

Everyone, sorry for the delay in replying to your posts. I have been out of town and just got back yesterday.

Which hood do you have? And where did you get it?

Mike,

The hood is a factory SRT-10 Hood. I ordered it through my local Mopar dealer. I think it cost me around $500.

What wheels are those you're running? It looks as if they have a pretty decent backspace and offset.

CSilkowski,

The wheels are Helo Rhino's in an 18x9 with 5. 25" of backspacing.

PGoble, what brand are your wheels? Also, what brand are your running boards or steps that are on your truck? Also, very sharp truck!

ShannonPhillips,

Thank you, I am very happy with the way the truck has turned out. To answer your questions, the wheels are 18x9 Helo Rhino's.

The running boards are not actually running boards, they are Rockerflares. Rockerflares are only a couple of inches wide and keep the dirt/rocks/mud/slush/etc from hitting the truck, and are actually manufactured here in Logan, UT. They are NOT to be used as a step, only for debris deflection. I installed Kodiak Sidewinders to use as a step. The Rockerflares attach with both double-back tape and screws. You can view more detailed information on their website, rockerflares.com. I am a dealer for them and actually just sold a set to fellow TDR member David Muench last week. He is going to be posting a thread about the rockerflares and his opinion of them sometime this week. I will sell them to any TDR member for $120. 00 for any Quad Cab, and $110. 00 for any Standard Cab, plus shipping. Bed Length does not matter. Those prices should save TDR members about $20 off retail. You can also purchase them directly from rockerflares.com for $140 for a Quad Cab, and $130 for a Standard Cab, plus shipping.
