I am looking for an a/c clutch for my 1991 Dodge Cummins without an intercooler. I have tried everywhere with no luck---any ideas and thank you!





I moved this to the main 1st Gen Forum for better/proper exposure and placement.

We try to utilize this "discontinued... . " forum for actual solutions/sources/suppliers/workarounds and not the actual "need/want" questions. .

jakecorn, it should be the same ac compressor as the 91. 5-93 intercooled models. Even though the part stores computers always have the w/ or wo intercooler bit. I think the compressors are rebuildable, but I bet you'll need a new reman compressor ~$$$, any part store, napa or the like should be able to get you one.

i needed a clutch and coil for my 91 to. could not find one anywhere so i got a clutch and coil for a gasser with the v belts and got my old pulley face resurfaced. the hub and coil where the same. if yours ain't to bad to reuse this might help you out.

The non IC'ed Rams use a different compressor than the IC'ed units do.
