I bought a set of the Dodge rear wheel well liners today, part number 82207367. Unfortunately, they don't fit. The bump stop brackets for the rear springs interfere with the liner. My Ram is an '06 3500 2wd short box (single rear wheel). According to the dealer, "one size fits all". Does anyone know if Dodge makes a different part number for the 3500 single rear wheel trucks? Thanks for your help.

I don't know the part number, but they fit my 2006 2500. Is there a difference for long bed and short bed liners? Otherwise, the 06 should be no different than 03-05, when it comes to thes liners. You did remove the stock liners, right?

Funny because I have an 06' 3500 Longbed 4x4, and the dealer got me a set of 05' liners and they fit perfect. He didn't have a number for 06's, so he looked up the bed numbers on 05' and they were the same as 06' so we gambled they would fit and they did.

I took mine off my 04 and installed them on my 06 MC. I know they work on a 4x4. There must be a difference between 4x4 and 4x2.

That's unusual, because the bed didn't change at all. The bump stops on my truck are a good 6" behind the wheel well liners mounted directly under the frame.

I'm too lazy so I payed the $30 to have the dealer install the well liners at the same time they sprayed in the rhino liner. seems to me they fit just fine.

Did you get mounting instructions and hardware with them??

You must remove the existing plastic, temp move a wire brace and yada, yada,... .

Tanderson, I ordered my SS wheel well liners through DSM for 135. 00. Have not seen them yet, as I pick up my truck this Wednesday.

My previous Ram was an 04 2500 4x4. The liners fit that truck just fine. But it did not have the welded-on bump stop bracket my 06 3500 2wd has. I checked some other 06s on a dealers lot this weekend. None of the 2500s had the same bracket. This bracket juts out from the frame, preventing the wheel well liner from fitting flush to the frame. You would have to cut a hole in the liner for the bump stop to pass through in order for the liner's mounting holes to line up properly. BTW, this was my third wheel well install, so I'm familiar with the installation procedure.

Greg, I had a '03 3500 SRW 4x2 shortbed once, and put fender liners on it. There was some sort of bracket or bump stop that interfered a bit, but I forced it and made a dent in the liner so it would fit in there. The bump was about a 1/2" protrusion.
