No AC any ideas?

Well yeaterday was the first warm day in RI... so I tried out my AC and no cool air! I checked the fuse and it looked fine, but when I switch on the AC the compressor never engages. Anyone have any ideas? I only have 1400 miles on the truck and I would rather not bring it to the shop if I can take care of this myself.

I had the same problem.

Check the fuse named "Ignition O. D. " or something close to that. . It is the very TOP RIGHT Fuse, I had a problem with that fuse, The overhead Compass and Thermometer went out at the same time the Clutch stopped werkin'. Replaced the Fuse, and Recharged the A/C and everything werks Perfect now.

B. T. W. The Dodge technician said, when he refilled the A/C, that my A/C System only had 1/2 Lb. of Freon, and it's supposed to have 2 Lbs. My A/C is FREEZING COLD now.

make sure you turn the knob counterclockwise to the blue lines. Today I felt like such an *** . Its been soooooo long since I needed it I forgot how to turn it on. I was *****in at it for 5 minutes before I noticed I just turned it to the white side. YIEST.
