No AC no Heat

I have a 2017 Ram 2500. Pushed the AC button and the light flickered then went out. Now there is no AC and heat only comes out of the floor vent. You can hear the fan blowing but no air out of the dash or defrost vents. Any ideas? Thanks

Possibly the connector for the a/c control module came loose.
Have you had the dash apart for anything before?
