No air from dash vents

Does anyone have an idea what may be wrong that I get no air from the dash vents on my 1998.5 Ram? The blower is working, the actuator for those vents is working, and I get plenty of air from the floor vent. Thanks for any help.

Not sure about the floor vent but while changing my oil pressure sensor I managed to knock the vacuum line off of the pump and the doors went to default thru the defrosters. The usual vacuum problems I have read over the years were the line that goes through the firewall. I am just not sure if air comes out the floor vent also under those conditions.

I don't believe all the actuators are working. There are two or three of them, and they are not all readily observable.
