My 99 3500 has no blinkers or hazard lights. I have checked all the fuses in the dash and under the hood, the only one that was blown was the flasher switch in the dash module, it was fried pretty bad but has been replaced, everything else works fine. Any suggestions on where else to look.

Mine just did the same thing today. I lost brake lights, turn signals, hazards, and the brake controller for the LOADED trailer I was towing quit working with the rest of the mess. All I could find was one blown fuse under the hood, replaced it and only got the third brake light working.

All this and I was driving / towing out of down town Boston at rush hour. No turn signals is OK in Boston, rules in town are

1. Turn signals is a sign of weakness,

2. Using turn signals in boston is like giving information to the enemy.

Once I got into the burbs it got ugly. Lots of people ****** off at lack of turn signsls and brake lights and I needed lots of stop room with no trailer brakes.

I trouble shot for a while, and finnaly ripped the EZ, and BHAF out set a few other things back to Stock and off to the stealer it went. I will post what they find when I get it back tomorow and hopefuly that will help.

Solution to above mentioned problems: Flasher relay went south, causing fuses to shor. New Flasher relay and all was well.

Mark:rolleyes:

Mine's got a flasher for the turn signals and another separate flasher for the 4-way emergency blinkers. Pulling out one will not affect the function of the other.

I found out by tracing the wires, that when the dealer was doing recall repairs on the trailer hitch they pinched the turn signal wire and it was shorting in and out and burning the flasher relay. I hate for the dealer to do anything to my truck.

I suspected from the begining something on my trailer may have shorted out causing my troubles. I will be checking it for shorts with the multi-meter beforeI hook it up again.
