Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) No Bus

Well seems like after you hit 250,000 everything bolted to the Cummins is showing its a--. After changing the injector pump last week I originally had no gauges and no bus on the dash. I started the truck the next morning and everything worked. I called MWFI and they sent out another injection pump as I thought that could be the problem as the truck has never done this before. After changing the pump again I am still getting the no bus and this time its for good.

I checked and cleaned all the connectors at the pcm and ecm, also the connectors above the valve cover. I even removed the gauge cluster and cleaned the connections there. Do you think my ecm is the problem, what are the symtoms of a bad one. I dont know where the look next, this is getting to be real expensive.

Had the same problem two weeks ago. Cleaned both ground cable connections to engine block as well as chassis ground on left front frame rail with wire wheel--problem gone.
