Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) No contact with Goerend

I nedd a new transmission for my 97 CTD and have tried to contact Goerend by fax, mail and telephone, but with no luck so far.



Does anyone know the reason why, or how a can get in contact?

I called their shop on fri. and spoke with Dave who was very helpfull with giving me an idea of what I should be looking for with my application. I had called thurs. and left a message so when I called fri. he took me off the call back list which sounded like it was pretty long. I'm sure he'll get back to you. Seemed like a really nice guy.

Try Monday Morning he opens at 9am

The weather has been bad so there could be a problem. Just keep trying to reach him. I did have his home number but wife went to church. Will check when she comes come home. At times he not in his shop. He works tons of hours then he takes a break. He one super nice fellow and does super work. Just keep trying.

He is a VERY busy guy. It is worth the wait. Just be patient. He is the only one that answers the phone, and only has a handful of guys that work for him.

Just give him time, you won't be disappointed, very good transmission and great service. Dave and his crew are very busy. Also, they have a slow internet connection

I had him send me a new billet shaft last week when I broke mine. He is the best at customer follow up .

Give him a bit of time, it worth it.

Dave gets a call about every 3-5 minutes. He spends about 15-50 minutes with each customer personally and still finds time to build Valve Bodies. Dave is in the process of redesigning his imformation network so he can get more calls answered. Dave is up til 10 PM everynight calling people back. Dave will get back, and if he doesn't call again and leave a message. Dave is a good guy and is very dillegent in calling pleople back and helping people.
