After replacing the seals in my vacuum pump I started the engine to check for leaks. No leaks, but no dash air either. The vacuum pump is working and the servo that moves the door is good. I'm thinking the dash selector has quit. There is very little vacuum going to the servo. I haven't pulled the dash apart yet, just want to know if there is something else to look for.

I'm disappointed there were no replys, but I found the problem. The hose that goes from the pump to the firewall was sandwiched between two wire bundles. Over the years the chafing was enough to wear four small holes in the line. I covered them with shrink tube (three layers) and everything is working fine.

I just had this happen recently as well. Sorry I haven't logged on, as would have helped.

Glad you found it.
