No dash lights

Posting for a friend of mine, TDR member but doesn't use forums.
Has her truck an '05 is at repair shop (not dealer) for no dash lights. They said the Instrument panel cluster is bad, but Dodge has no parts available any more. They found a shop in Indiana to repair and sent it out to them. After tearing it apart they say a module is bad and can't get Dodge part or after market part to repair. Does anyone know of parts available to repair or an aftermarket supplier of a complete assembly?

The shop the dealers use is only serving dealers now. After verifying it is the cluster let the dealer send it in

Used cluster, 04.5-05 will work if she has the remote control fob. Mileage will not be right but there are places that can fix that.
