No defrost when in defrost mode !!!

First problem with my 2003. Just today, the defroster quit blowing in defrost position. It does blow correct in all other positions, just not defrost/floor or defrost only. In these two positions it blows just on the floor.



What could it be??

There was a door pivot in the heater box that was weak in the early 03's, but I was thinking it made them blow floor only. Looks like you will need to have it checked out.

Mine had the same problem, dealer replaced heater door and housing. It was common for awhile.
