I was in the process of ordering an SLT Quad HO Automatic, and dealer said I could not get electronic 4WD.
He called Chrysler Rep to ask why, and response was "there was no plans for it" (sort of like saying "because I said so")
Dealer said it was available on
SLT Regular Cab, and
Laramie Regular and Quad Cab,
but not on SLT Quad Cab.
Why would Chrysler do this? Since you can get it on Laramie, the design must be available. Since you can (or so I understand) get it on SLT Regular Cab, it doesn't look like it's an incentive to move up to the Laramie. So why would Chrysler frustrate it's customers?
