Just did a gauge install on my 01(pyro,boost,fuel pres)The problem im having is I have no fuel comming out of genos billet fuel filter cap. Any answers :confused:
 
What would happen if i cut a hole in the center of the fuel filter. because the fuel dosent seem to be getting up around to the to the top of the filter #@$%!

That shouldn't be necessary. Where did you tap for your gauge? Did you re-prime the system by bumping the key?
 
tapper right in the 1/8th inch hole in the billet filter cap. When i pull the 1/8th inch tubbing off of the cap with the truck running there is no fuel comming out.

Well you could have a weak lift pump. Did you try to bump the starter and see if it would come out then with out the truck running?
 
I dont see where that would be any different than it running. I think with genos tapped cap on there the filter sits tight against the bottom of the cap and doesnt let any fuel through

If fuel could not get though then it wouldn't run. When not running you should push fuel out the hole but if the pump is useing what it's gitting then it won't come out of the port when running. Ok then did you take it out and apply air though the opening and see if air comes out the filter?
