Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) no heat

Summer is offically over,time to fix heater. Just blows warm air. Been told pipes leading to firewall get plugged. Any suggestions?



94 3500 pretty much stock

415,000 on clock.

single cab,auto.

That could be a problem. Is your engine coming up to temperature? The heat won't work if your thermostat is stuck open.

I have a thermostat that is all over the map when the engine is first started. Run it a little while and it settles to around 160 degrees or so. It was working fine and then just quit blowing hot air. No leaks and blower works ok.
