No High Speed Windshield Wipers

And now another gremlin. Seems that I no longer have high speed on the WW's. All other functions are fine. Anyone have any suggestions on diagnosis and repair?

Simple electrical circuit.

Assumptions:

1. Low speed operational
2. Intermittent operational
3. Wipers park properly

Three things come to mind:

1. Bad wiper switch
2. Bad electrical connection - plug/wiring
3. Bad motor
