Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) No Lockup

47RH Came apart yesterday for a front bushing pump problem. All works fine but the TC does't lockup. Shifts through all the gears as it should, The OD on/off works ,there is just no TC lockup. Ideas?

OD and TCC lockup use the three wire connector above the shift lever on the transmission. If there are no modifications such as a manual lock up control you probably have corrosion in the connector or a broken wire. If not, then use a jumper wire to ground the orange/black wire on that connector to check the TCC lockup solenoid. If it will not lockup when you ground that wire, you may have a bad solenoid on the valve body.
