OD and TCC lockup use the three wire connector above the shift lever on the transmission. If there are no modifications such as a manual lock up control you probably have corrosion in the connector or a broken wire. If not, then use a jumper wire to ground the orange/black wire on that connector to check the TCC lockup solenoid. If it will not lockup when you ground that wire, you may have a bad solenoid on the valve body.
