No Longer Able to Track Vehicles on Order?

I just called the number that has been posted here numerous times and the lady on the other end said they have to transfer me to the dealer now and couldn't provide the info. I don't want to bother the dealer, anyone else have this problem?

I just used it Friday to track my brothers 02 he ordered. All the menu options were different but I managed to find the CS people...

I had the dealer get me the railcar number. Then I went to the Union Pacific railroad site listed on Fritz's site and was able to track the railcar

I ran into the same thing, the receptionist at DC acted like I was the first one to ever want this information.
