Hi everyone. Recently sold my camper and decided I dont need the dually any more. What I mean is that I am thinking to changing it to a SRW truck. From my limited mechanical knowhow looks like its a matter of just slapping on a new long bed and taking out the wheel spacers and putting normal 2500/3500 wheels. Any help or anything I should watch out for would be much appreciated; Thank you!

Not sure but I think the rear axle is too narrow and you will need a normal width rear end. The front you can prolly just take out the spacers and be good.

The narrower axle was generally used on chassis cabs, not the dually pickups. Since there is no chassis cab of the 3G, the axle is very likely the same. The rear track difference between a 3500 SRW and a 3500 DRW is almost 8 inches, which is about right taking the offset/backspacing difference into account. The front and rear tires if an SRW are not a dead-straight line to begin with (front track is 69. 4, rear SRW is 68. 2, rear DRW 75. 8).
