No More Gary Stewart??

I heard from my best friend that Gary Stewart, legendary country musician, popular for his drinking and sad country songs, commited suicide yesterday (Tuesday). I got to see him I think twice this year, and once last year for my birthday. . That really blows that he killed himself. Apparently, his wife passed away last month, and that is the motive behind it. I cannot understand how someone who is famous for all their misery songs cannot stand behind what they have written about for so many years. Am I wrong? someone else chime in and let me know what your take(s) are on it.

Gray Stewart, he was a country music singer . Most of his hits were recorded in the seventies . He was big in the seventies and the eighties . I got this drinking thing , empty glass , she acting single , single again .
