No New Refineries - How come the Mexican's

since they don't have to comply with the same restrictive environmental legislation as here, bring a new refinery on-line specifically aimed at Diesel? This is what supply side economics says SHOULD Happen i. e. High prices will bring increased products to the market place. This should be especially true for Mexico as they produce a rather large amount of crude. And a huge portion of the market is "just - over-the border!"



I sense some huge Spin being played on us!
