Did my 2nd set of 3kGSK's last night ,,,, when i removed the dust cover to access the Gov. Springs a quart of oil came out .

The problem is on the first truck I did it was bone dry in there . .

Whats the Deal ?

DM- the first truck that you did had probably been sitting for quite a while.

The one you just did was probably still kind of warm.

I beleive the p-pump can hold oil in it for up to two hours. That is why when you check the oil in a 12valve right after you shut it off it looks a little low. I might be wrong on my times but I am pretty sure I am right. Good Luck.

travis that's fairly accurate, although just for the sake of knowledge the pump does hold oil as long as there is oil in the engine. though not much until pressure is applied i. e. engine start.

So Oil is curculated through the Pump ? is there veins ?

Travis,

You would think working for Floor It, I would have lots of fun goodies on it already. But when you buy a house and two new vehicles in a 60 day period, you tend to be a little broke, so all of my floor it money is going to pay bills at the moment... .
