2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission no parking & dashboard lights

First time user, I have a 99 2500 diesel. I have replaced the dash headlight switch with no positive results. I heard through the grape vine that theres a lamp modular underneath the dash that controls these functions. does anyone know where its located. thanks

I don't know the answer to your question but when my dash board and parking lamps went out I found a blown fuse in the fuse block under the hood.

thanks i've looked and tested all fuses and they were all good.

thanks for your advise. i just got the truck from shop. the dash fuse board was broken. it would not allow the voltage to go through the fuses. the fuses themselves were good. i had to replace the fuse board. cheap fix.
